• Our specialized teams carry out a full surface inspection to evaluate the condition of the roof.
  
  
• Completely sheet out your property covering all driveways, paths and valued plants, even including sheeting out next door if necessary.
  
  
• The site foreman will carry out a detailed inspection of all repairs needed.
  
  
• The complete roof will be power washed clean with an industrial cleaner.
  
  
• After the initial clean an industrial biocide is applied the roof to kill and remaining spores.
  
  
• The roof will now be inspected and assessed for repair.
  
  
• All broken or cracked tiles will be replaced, The ridge tiles will be re-pointed where necessary and all cracks on gable edges will be repaired with a 2 part epoxy resin.
  
  
• Once repairs are completed the team will then apply our advanced roof coating which resurfaces the tiles giving the roof the look of a brand new roof.
